Preorder Production Timeline
The Legacy Homecoming Rugby is a preorder item. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.

Production times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, or unforeseen delays. Delivery before Homecoming is not guaranteed.

Shipping After Production
Once your order has completed production and passed quality inspection, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and available carrier rates.

Estimated Transit Times
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Carrier delivery times are separate from the 4–6 week production period and may vary by destination.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact CMMN LINE as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CMMN LINE is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with reviewing the tracking information and any available carrier claim process.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to CMMN LINE because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the package resent.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
